Wisely snuggled in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this gemstone-inspired boutique property binds varieties of traditionalism in design with mid-century furnishings.

Your first steps into 28 Kothi welcome you to a scenic courtyard dotted with benches. The overarching retro-vintage theme is superbly weaved in, featuring a pretty wooden door venturing into a yard graced with camp-bed-like charpoys.

Allow yourself a worthy, introspective afternoon in the lower floor setting. The urbane couch set drenched in Rajputi furnishings with subtle black, white, and velvety colourings resembles Jaipur’s culture.

Not to forget, the jungle murals adorning the library’s walls are birthed from Rajasthani palm paintings. Also, much of the architectural influence comes from Jaipur’s jewellery zone, where precious gemstones topped with couture embroidery bless the space.

Spend some time observing how the hand-crafted furniture meets the standards of ergonomics in the boutique hotel industry. The local artisans joined hands with international property designers to stamp the cultural aspect of this city through framed textiles, pichwai paintings, and block-printed lampshades.
